Pharmacological effect

Vazonite improves microcirculation and rheological properties of blood, has a vasodilating effect. As active substance contains pentoxifylline - a derivative of xanthine. The mechanism of action is associated with the inhibition of phosphodiesterase and the accumulation of cAMP in the cells of the smooth muscles of the vessels, in the blood constituents, in other tissues and organs.

The drug inhibits the aggregation of platelets and erythrocytes, increases their elasticity, reduces the level fibrinogen in the blood plasma and enhances fibrinolysis, which reduces the viscosity of the blood and improves its rheological properties. Improves the supply of oxygen to tissues in areas of impaired blood circulation, in particular, in the limbs, the central nervous system, and, to a lesser extent, in the kidneys. Slightly dilates the coronary vessels.

Reviews

We picked up some of the people's opinions about the drug Vazonit:

  1. Jeanne. Vazonite is an excellent vasodilator. I'm satisfied with them 100%! I had an ischemic stroke 3 years ago, now almost recovered, and all thanks to these pills! In addition to everything else, the pressure also decreased.
  2. Andrei. I take the drug in connection with the violation of the blood circulation of the brain and as a result I constantly want to sleep. I drive a car, there are no problems, the reaction is not dull.
  3. Anita. Dyscirculatory encephalopathy, this diagnosis was put to me by the doctors after the examination, in simple terms - the deterioration of the blood supply to the brain tissue. They prescribed complex treatment, among other medications recommended "Vazonit". The medicine is well tolerated. There were no side effects. After drinking it for a long time, I felt better. Dizziness stopped, it became better with memory, absentmindedness, energy appeared. In the meantime, the pressure normalized. In order to prevent it I take it 2 times a year. I feel good.
  4. Valentina. I have a long trophic ulcer, I've been drinking Vazonite long enough. There are changes - the surface of the ulcer narrowed, although not significantly, but most importantly - the wound became less deep! Well and in general, I with this preparation only began to sleep worse, special improvements as there was no, and no.
